Now Keto Morning Tea and Coffee

As our fat-fuel morning tea/coffee is our go-to breakfast everyday, we are constantly trying new flavors and recipes to change things up. Right now, these are our top two favorite recipes. These recipes are a great way to kick off our day with tons of fat, keeping your insulin fast going throughout the morning. Plus, it’s simple, easy to drink, easy to bring to work, to help you get your day started.

Now Keto Fat-Fueled Strawberry Morning Tea

Ingredients:

Freshly steeped loose-leaf Lady Londonderry (black tea with strawberry and lemon) 10g of NowKeto KetoMCT Oil Powder 1 tablespoon of Dr. Bronner's Coconut Oil⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 tablespoon of Manitoba Harvest hemp hearts ⠀ 1 ounce of Milkadamia unsweetened vanilla macadamia milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 10g of NowKeto KetoCOLLAGEN, strawberry cream

Instructions:

Steep black tea until taste desired (5-7 minutes). Blend together all of the following ingredients in a high-powered blender to create a well-mixed and frothy morning drink. Serve immediately.

Now Keto Mocha Morning Coffee

Ingredients:

Freshly brewed fair-trade, organic coffee 10g of NowKeto KetoMCT Oil Powder 1 tablespoon of Dr. Bronner's Coconut Oil⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 tablespoon of Navitas Organics cacao butter⠀ 1 ounce of Milkadamia unsweetened vanilla macadamia milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 10g of NowKeto KetoBOOST Exogenous Ketone, chocolate sea salt

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Instructions:

Brew coffee and blend together all of the following ingredients in a high-powered blender to create a well-mixed and frothy morning drink. Serve immediately with a dash of cinnamon on top.
