Chocolate Fat-Bomb Cups
These awesome fat-bombs not only curb your chocolate craving but are also super filling and loaded with great fats! The make a great afternoon snack or post-dinner dessert. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 cups of coconut oil
1 cup of cacao powder
stevia to taste
6 teaspoons of coconut butter
6 teaspoons of almond butter
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped almonds
sea salt
Procedure:
Melt coconut oil and mix in cacao powder until you reach your desired chocolate flavor. Whip thoroughly. Add stevia to taste. Prepare muffin tin with parchment muffin cups or silicone cups. Pour half of the chocolate mixture into the cups. Add a teaspoon of almond butter or coconut butter to each cup. Pour remaining chocolate mixture into cups. Top with chopped nuts and sea salt. Refrigerate until hard and enjoy. Makes 12 servings.
