Keto Pizza

Who doesn't love pizza and get a super pizza craving every once in a while. Well, this recipe will satisfy your craving in a jiffy with only 4g of net carbs per serving! Can't beat that!

Ingredients:

12 ounces mozzarella cheese 3/4 cup coconut flour 2 tablespoons cream cheese 1 egg Mixed Italian herbs

Toppings (your choice!):

Fresh basil Fresh tomatoes 4 ounces pepperoni 4 ounces salami 4 ounces Parmesan cheese 4 ounces mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

1. Shred the Mozzarella, then combine with cream cheese in a bowl. Either microwave about 1 minute or heat on low to soften, then stir. Heat about another 30 second sin the microwave or a few minutes on the stove and continue to stir.

2. Add in egg and coconut flour. Allow to cool slightly, and spread out on parchment paper.

3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake for about 8-10 minutes. Pop any bubbles that have formed and add your toppings. Bake until cheese is melted, about another 10 minutes. Allow to cool and then enjoy!
